Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Place cupcake liners in cupcake pans 24

In kitchen aid add cream cheese and mix

Then add swerve and vanilla

05.

Use spatula to scrape down bowl

06.

Add one egg at a time and mix and scrape after each

07.

Add 1/4 cup of batter to each cupcake

08.

Place in oven and cook for 24 minutes. If tops of cupcakes crack you are over cooking them

09.

Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hour before refrigerating 2 hours or overnight
